 WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF THIS SERVICE?
'1300VENUES' is designed to save you TIME AND MONEY. By using this free service, we are able to source many appropriate venues for your event at the click of a few buttons. The same work may take others hours and even days.

HOW CAN THIS SERVICE BE FREE?
'1300VENUES' works along side many venues right around Australia and brings them business on a regular basis. It is in the best interest for the venues to secure a 'booking fee' arrangement with 1300VENUES and so we are able to source the venues free of charge to you and then the venues pay us a fee.

WILL THE VENUES CHARGE MORE BECAUSE OF THE BOOKING FEE?
No. The venues that we work with charge their normal rates to you whether you go direct or via our service.

CAN I SELECT MY OWN VENUES?
Yes, if you wish to select your own venues, just use the Quick Search facility, which is found on our sister website www.thevenuezone.com.au. Use the online enquiry form to ensure your name goes into the prize draws. If you are unable to find appropriate venues, please contact us as we may have more options for you that are not shown on the site.

HOW LONG HAS THIS SERVICE BEEN OPERATING?
1300VENUES has been providing this service through it's sister site 'thevenuezone.com.au' for 3 years.

DOES THIS SERVICE ALSO PROVIDE EVENT MANAGEMENT?
1300VENUES has contacts in the Event Management field should you require.


DEALING WITH THE VENUES

HOW LONG WILL RESPONSE FROM VENUES TAKE? Many of the venues will respond within minutes and most have a 24 hour turnaround policy, so response should be within minutes and up to a maximum of 24 hours.

WILL THE VENUES CONTACT ME DIRECTLY? Yes, venues will respond by phone or email, UNLESS you wish to have your responses screened in which case the venues will respond to 1300VENUES on your behalf. It is then your option to make a return response. Please note, there are specific requirements for this screening service.

WHAT IF OUR REQUIREMENTS CHANGE? Simple. Just let us know and we'll make the arrangements for the brief to be altered. If the brief has already been sent to the venues, then we'll discuss options together for how best to make the request.


INCENTIVES

HOW DOES MY NAME GO INTO THE TRAVEL VOUCHER DRAW? Once you notify us that you have booked one of our venues, your name is instantly entered into the draw. It is drawn Christmas time each year.

WHICH TRAVEL COMPANY PROVIDES THE $2000 TRAVEL VOUCHER? It's your choice. Simply let us know your preference and we'll arrange to pay the amount of $2000 to your chosen provider for your use.

HOW DOES MY NAME GO INTO THE DINNER FOR TWO DRAW? When you make an online enquiry or phone our 1300VENUES number and make an enquiry, we enter your name into the monthly draw.

WHICH RESTAURANT PROVIDES THE DINNER VOUCHER? It's your choice, anywhere in Australia. Simply let us know your preference and we'll arrange to pay the amount of $120 to your chosen provider for your use.

DOES THIS SERVICE GUARANTEE THAT OUR EVENT WILL BE SUCCESSFUL? It is the client responsibility to ensure that venues selected are suitable for your event. 1300VENUES takes no responsibility should there be issues with the event and or venue.
